Since 1988, Jillson Company has provided a full-spectrum of professional civil engineering and land surveying services for central and eastern Massachusetts. Kevin O'Leary, PE & President of The Jillson Company, Inc., has many years of experience including: design and preparation of residential and commercial subdivision and site development plans, reports and calculations to obtain permits for new construction and to upgrade existing facilities to meet current Federal, State and local regulations, extensive experience with on-site soil testing, sieve and permeability testing, measured and analyzed groundwater quantity and quality and flow direction. We are also qualified to review ground and surface water discharge permit and nitrate loading studies, site developments requiring stormwater runoff design, wetlands filing and appeals, Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) filings, Chapter 91 licenses, water quality certifications and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits.
